Frequently asked questions
- 01Yes. Our office is centrally located in the Valley of the Sun, in beautiful Old Town Scottsdale, with convenient access from Loop 101, Loop 202, and Interstates 60 and 10. Our founder—who is also the lead designer, SEO specialist, and Certified Google Ads specialist—and our content writer both live locally and are at the Scottsdale office regularly for client appointments, meetings, and project check-ins. Working with local businesses is a priority for us, and being present matters.
- 02Yes, truly local. Several members of our team live in the surrounding suburbs, and we work with Scottsdale and greater Phoenix-area businesses every week. When you call us, you’re reaching a real local team, not a lead intake service or a form that disappears into a system. Many agencies that appear “local” online are actually remote operations using location-based landing pages. We believe trust starts with transparency, availability, and real relationships.
- 03We are a full-service agency. Our team includes: • Website designers and UX specialists • An SEO strategist • A certified Google Ads specialist • Developers and programmers • A content writer • A graphic designer All services are available à la carte or as a cohesive, value-stacked package, depending on your goals. This allows us to build websites that are both visually strong and technically sound, without outsourcing critical pieces to unknown vendors.
- 04You’ll work primarily with our founder, who serves as lead designer and SEO specialist and provides direct oversight as production manager. Our content writer also works directly with clients during the writing process to clearly understand the target audience, brand voice, and project goals. Our team is intentionally lean and highly productive. We don’t hand projects off to junior staff or rotate you through project managers who don’t know your business. Communication is clear, consistent, and handled by people who are deeply involved in your project from start to finish.
- 05Our custom website projects begin at $2,450 for a 5-page website, including unique (from scratch) web design, content writing and technical SEO. Because every project is fully customized, pricing depends on the scope, features, and goals of your website. We always include a courtesy consultation before providing an estimate so we can ensure the project is a good fit and priced appropriately.
- 06Experience and standards. Our founder and lead designer brings over 15 years of experience working in highly competitive markets like Los Angeles, where design trends, SEO expectations, and performance standards are significantly higher. That experience shows in our portfolio. We design with a broader regional and national perspective, combining strong visual design with strategy, structure, and search visibility. For many clients, the difference is noticeable immediately.
- 07We work with a wide range of businesses, from small local companies to established brands. What matters most to us is not company size, but mindset. Our best clients see their website as an investment in growth, credibility, and long-term performance, not just something to check off a marketing list.
- 08We always start with a consultative phone call to understand your goals and ensure the project is within our scope of expertise. Many clients prefer a phone conversation, video chat, or meeting at our office. If an in-person visit at your business would be beneficial to the working relationship or the project itself, we’re happy to discuss it.
- 09Clearly, consistently, and promptly. Clients often tell us we’re the first agency that answers the phone or calls them back. We believe responsiveness and communication are essential parts of doing good business. You can expect clear timelines, regular updates, and direct access to the people working on your project.
- 10
- 11We work with a small, highly skilled international team made up of trusted partners we’ve collaborated with exclusively for many years. They are fully integrated into our workflow and operate as an extension of our in-house team. This structure allows us to maintain consistent quality, clear communication, and full accountability on every project. All work is directed, reviewed, and managed by our senior U.S.-based team, so clients always have a clear point of contact and ownership throughout the process.
- 12Over the years, we’ve experienced—both personally and through countless clients—that Yelp’s algorithm does not consistently follow its own stated review guidelines. Positive reviews from verified clients are often filtered out, while there is little recourse when reviews are left by people we’ve never worked with or by competitors engaging in questionable practices. After multiple attempts to work with Yelp directly, we chose not to participate. We do not recommend Yelp or Yelp ads to our clients, and we believe trust is better built through real relationships, referrals, and transparent work.
- 13Possibly. The federal government offers the Disabled Access Credit (IRS Section 44) to help small businesses offset the cost of improving accessibility, which may include website accessibility updates. A business may qualify if it: • Had $1 million or less in gross receipts, or • Had 30 or fewer full-time employees Eligibility depends on your specific financial situation, so we recommend confirming with your CPA or tax preparer. How much is the credit? The credit covers: • 50% of eligible expenses • On amounts between $250 and $10,250 • Up to $5,000 per tax year, per legal business entity This means the credit applies to total qualifying accessibility expenses across your business; not per website or per project. Because this is a tax credit (not just a deduction), it directly reduces your tax liability. Should I assume my website project qualifies? No, we can’t provide tax advice. If you’re considering ADA accessibility updates, we recommend speaking with your CPA to determine whether your investment may qualify.
